App Store and Google Play purchases
All purchases for Pet Thought Generator—including subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases—are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process payments or direct refunds on this website.
All sales through the stores
Unless required by applicable law, purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to each platform’s terms. We do not process direct refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please request one through Apple or Google using their official refund processes.
How to request a refund
- Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or see Apple’s support articles on refunds for App Store purchases.
- Google: Visit Google Play refund help for eligible purchases.
Refund eligibility, timing, and outcomes are determined solely by Apple or Google. We cannot override a store’s refund decision.
